- W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienie przeobrażenia w sferze infrastruktury, ograniczonej w tym przypadku głównie do tej jej części, która na ogół określana jest mianem infrastruktury gospodarczej. Omówiono lukę infrastrukturalną, źródła finansowania programów rozwoju infrastruktury, strukturę inwestycji infrastrukturalnych oraz zagadnienie prywatyzacji i deregulacji infrastruktury.
The topic of the paper are necessary changes in economic infrastructure (transportation, telecommunications, water and energy networks) as a consequence of transition. Analyse of the infrastructural gap as a result of centrally planed economy is in the first part. After this a discussion of necessary investments and sources of capital for infrastructure development is presented. The last part of the paper is concentrated on the needs and limits of privatisation and deregulation of infrastructure. (original abstract) - Accessibility
