- Abstract
- W artykule omówiono istotę i genezę ekorozwoju. Przedstawiono jego wyznaczniki i mierniki, takie jak: jakość życia oraz jakość środowiska i uwarunkowania kulturowe. Zdefiniowano zasady i cele oraz ekonomiczne instrumenty polityki ekorozwoju stosowane w gospodarkach rynkowych: system opłat, subwencje, systemy depozytowe i inne instrumenty.
The study presents a theoretical framework of sustainable development's functioning, i.e." an origin, principles, objects, determinants and economic instruments. The study also entires conclusions for Poland. To build the efficient ecological policy it is necessary to limit a role of extremely heavy taxes, a scale of funds "on purpose" and subsidies.
