- Celem artykułu było przeprowadzenie analizy społecznego i przestrzennego zróżnicowania płac w Polsce w latach 1989-1998. Omówiono zagadnienie skali zróżnicowania tych płac w Polsce oraz ich zróżnicowanie według wykonywanych zawodów.
This article presents structural changes of the nominal wage in Poland between 1989-1998. The analysis takes into consideration of wage spread in social and economic cross section. The main object if this article is to present problems of the intersectoral structure changes of average (nominal) wage. Important problem of the analysis is sample survey on employment and wages and salaries by occupations. In conclusion is comprised the territorial aspects of the pay.
