- Artykuł jest próbą wskazania na niektóre, charakterystyczne (systemowe) aspekty wynagradzania menedżerów. Starano się ustalić kim są współcześni menedżerowie oraz za co należy ich wynagradzać. Artykuł jest też próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie: jak można czy też należy wynagradzać menedżerów w sposób motywacyjnie skuteczny.
The main purpose of this article is to present selected problems of the remuneration systems of managers in the Polish economy at the end of the twentieth century. At the beginning there are described the settlements relating to the notion and professional part of managers and the estimation of work and behaviour of managers as the basis to remunerate them. On this ground there is made a closer analysis of working of the remuneration systems. In particular, the attention of the author is paid to the motivating aspects of various systems and their principal forms and elements. (original abstract) - Accessibility
