Wielkopolska - Abstract
- Artykuł zawiera charakterystykę aktualnie istniejącej sytuacji na rynku pracy w Wielkopolsce, uwzględniając czynniki demograficzne, stan gospodarki i infrastruktury, jakość zasobów ludzkich. Zaprezentowano program rozwoju rynku pracy i gospodarowania zasobami ludzkimi.
The article presents a diagnosis of the situation on Greater Poland's labour market as well as the factors influencing it (demographic factors, state of economy and infrastructure, quality of human resources). Moreover, the author points out institutional efficiency of different entities influencing more or less directly the level of people's vocational activity as well as specificity and extent of unemployment. In the final part of the article the author formulates objectives, tasks, undertakings and financial-organisational security which should be found in the programme of labour market development and activation of human resources in Greater Poland.
