- Autorzy przedstawili cele i zadania, jakie spoczywają na doradztwie rolniczym w kontekście reform wspólnej polityki rolnej. Zaprezentowali podstawowe kwestie zawarte w ustawie o jednostkach doradztwa rolniczego, wskazując jednocześnie na fakt, że o ile ustawa znosi ograniczenia co do możliwości pozyskiwania przez jednostki doradztwa rolniczego środków pozabudżetowych, co jest zgodne z tendencjami europejskimi, to z drugiej strony pominięto w niej ważne dla dalszego funkcjonowania doradztwa rozwiązania z zakresu kształtowania i gospodarowania zasobami.
In the article authors executed the introduction of aims and assignments of the agricultural advisory institutions in the context of the common agricultural policy reforms. Presented basic matters contracted in the law about agricultural advisory units point simultaneously on the fact that as far as law derestricts regarding the possibility of gaining over of extrabudget- resources , what is in accordance with European tendencies , then on the other hand it skipped solutions from the range of human resources management, important for the further operating of the advisory services. In this context one ought to expect further initiatives pursuing on establish of law formulating standards of professional qualifications and denominate the professional status of the agricultural adviser. One ought also remember that on the market of advisory services appears many new firms which act locally or in the net on the considerable area of the country. Law does not bear upon terms of operating of these subjects. This means the necessity of the expression of principal conditions what should be realized by all subjects interested in agricultural advising. One can suppose that the existence of the efficient system of the institutional support of the modernization of rural areas and agriculture demands the complex look and legal settlements in this range.
