Agriculture Restructuring and Modernization Agency, European Union (EU) - Abstrakt
- Dokonana została ocena dotychczasowego działania ARiMR w zakresie przygotowania do dystrybucji środków pomocowych UE w zakresie wspierania rolnictwa i rozwoju obszarów wiejskich na tle ogólnych wymogów, dotyczących budowy efektywnego systemu instytucjonalnego. Przedstawiono, także pierwsze efekty działań ARiMR jako agencji płatniczej i instytucji wdrożeniowej dla poszczególnych programów współfinansowanych ze środków UE.
The major effort have been done by ARMA in preparing for implementation of various programmes co-financed from EU funds in the field of agriculture and rural development. The role of institutions is very important in the economy to build up an effective system for distribution of assistance funds. The number of activities have been done by ARMA to meet the requirements of paying agency for CAP instruments, as well ! as the final beneficiary and implementing institution for structural funds two operational programmes. After the accession, there is observed the significant demand from beneficiaries for instruments implemented by ARMA. The experience of first twelve months of EU membership is that ARMA needs to develop co-operation with number of institutions in agricultural and rural environment, especially facing the changes in future EU financial perspective.
