- Zachowania opresywne o charakterze seksualnym pojawiające się w miejscu pracy zostały uznane przez większość praktyków i teoretyków zarządzania za zjawisko patologiczne. Podstawą takiej klasyfikacji jest negatywny wpływ wywierany przez tego typu zachowania na funkcjonowanie jednostek, grup i organizacji. Istnieje zatem potrzeba aktywnego przeciwdziałania pojawianiu się przypadków molestowa -nią seksualnego w różnego typu instytucjach. To zaś wymaga rozpoznania i zrozumienia istoty tego zjawiska. Wychodząc naprzeciw tej potrzebie, w artykule poruszono wiele kwestii istotnych z punktu widzenia skutecznego ograniczania skali zjawiska molestowania seksualnego w organizacjach.
This article presents the subject of sexual harassment in the workplace. Effective counteraction in the case of the appearance of oppressive behavior of a sexual nature requires an assessment of the rangę of the phenomenon, the detection of its causes, and a description of techniques for limiting its scale.
