- Przedstawiono zasady nabywania nieruchomości przez cudzoziemców w Polsce w drodze ustawy z 24 marca 1920 r, wielokrotnie nowelizowanej. W kontekście przystąpienia Polski do Unii Europejskiej, omówiono także obrót nieruchomościami z udziałem cudzoziemców w krajach UE. (oryg. streszcz.)
The necessity to protect basis political and economic interests leads to a control and rationing of real estate turnover by foreigners in every autonomous country. The purchase of real estate by foreigners in Poland is regulated by the Act of Law of 24th March 1990. This act must have been amended several times. The final regulations were made in February 2001 and they were adapted to the EU law. The above act aims top reserve the country from an uncontrolled purchase of real estate by the foreigners. the law does not forbid to buy a real estate in Poland but it introduces administration and legal limits for real estate turnover depending on the purchaser who needs a obtain a relevant permission from the Ministry of Interior and Administration. In the European Union there is theoretically free turnover of real estate but most of the countries protect their land with internal strict legal regulations. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
