- W artykule zaprezentowano analizę preferencji nabywców mieszkań w Polsce na przykładzie badań przeprowadzonych w Krakowie. Badania realizowano w trzech etapach. W pierwszym przeprowadzono wstępną analizę badań, w drugim przeprowadzono segmentację na podstawie preferencji nabywców mieszkań a w ostatniej porównano preferencje i status społeczno-ekonomiczny nabywców mieszkań.
The preferences of buyers and tenants of housing in Poland have been relatively poorly examined. Domestic literature on the subject lacks studies that exhaustively discuss the basic mechanisms in the formation of preferences and how the decision process progresses. Systematic research on this issue and academic articles dedicated to this subject are also rare. The literature only sporadically provides an occasion for more extensive discussion and debate. This article constitutes an attempt by the author to bridge the gap in the present state of knowledge. In the first part of the article, the author summarises the main research trends on consumer behaviour on the housing market found m the literature on the subject. In the empirical part of the work, the author conducts an analysis of the preferences of potential house buyers in Kraków. The main goal of the work is to respond to the following questions: - Is it possible, based on preferences, to identify separate, homogenous consumer groups? - Do socio-economic status and capital owned have an impact on potential buyer preferences (with respect to, e.g., their surroundings, standard and location)?(original abstract) - Dostępne w
