- Omówiono problemy związane z rynkiem ziemi oraz z dzierżawą w rolnictwie w krajach centralnej i wschodniej Europy.
Through EU membership, the Central and Eastern European countries must be competitive both on the single market and the global market. Because of their special conditions, their agriculture must provide other social functions also. Land market has a significant role in creating an efficient necessary land-size. In our study we have examined the causes of the lack of the effective land market. The low productivity of agricultural production, the low and instable income and not properly operated land market can be mentioned as the main reason o flow prices and low rent of agricultural land. The low level of transaction of land caused of expected increase future prices as a consequence of EU membership. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
