- Temat artykułu koncentruje się wokół pojęć tj.: kultura przedsiębiorstwa i kultura organizacyjna. Omówiono najważniejsze uwarunkowania kultury organizacyjnej, strukturę kultury przedsiębiorstwa, podstawowe strategie zmiany kulturowej oraz związek kultury przedsiębiorstwa z kulturą narodową.
The aim of the article is to draw the attention of modern management to the aspects of organisational culture in a firm. It presents the existing standards in cultural structures of a firm. Moreover, the article illustrates conditionings of the organisational culture in the aspect of the firm's environment and the impact of cultures on the total performance of the firm.
