- Wymagania dla wprowadzenia, administrowania i kontroli przy wdrożeniu obecnej Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej są znacznie wyższe niż były piętnaście lat temu. Problemy zarządcze obecnej UE powodowane dzisiejszym zgęstnienim regulacji są poważne. Nowe kraje członkowskie są jeszcze mniej przygotwane niż obecni członkowie na uporanie się z tymi problemami. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na problemy zarządcze. Istotne dla sukcesu wspólnej polityki rolnej są nie tylko jej cele, ale także jej konstrukcja i sposób wprowadzenia
The requirements for the implementation, administration and control of the application of the current Common Agricultural Policy are much higher than they were 15 years ago. The governance problems caused in the present EU by today's higher regulation density are already severe. The new member countries are even less well equipped than the present ones to deal with these problems. The objective of this paper is to draw attention to the problem of governance.
