- Tworzenie i utrzymywanie przewagi konkurencyjnej przez przedsiębiorstwo możliwe jest przez działania w sferze zasobów ludzkich. Zasobowa teoria przedsiębiorstwa (resource based view of the firm) ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zasobów ludzkich (human resource based view) pomaga wyjaśnić rolę zasobów ludzkich w zdobywaniu przewagi oraz uzyskiwaniu lepszych wyników dziaalności od konkurentów. Artykuł przedstawia różnego rodzaju modele wpływu zzl na wynik działalności firmy.
The creation and maintaining of a competitive advantage by a company is possible through actions in the sphere of human resources. The resource-based view of a company, with special stress on a human resource-based view, helps in explaining the role of human resources in gaining the advantage and achieving better results than the competition.
