Abstrakt
W artykule podjęto próbę zainicjowania dyskusji nad problemami przyszłości zarządzania karierą oraz nad wyzwaniami, które staną przed badaczami tej problematyki. W treści postawiono i przedyskutowano cztery propozycje dotyczące: nadawania sensu karierom, zależności pomiędzy zarządzaniem karierami i organizacją, podmiotów zarządzania karierą oraz wyłaniającej się potrzeby integracji procesów zarządzania karierami. Artykuł kończą propozycje zadań dla badaczy, dydaktyków i praktyków.

This article is an effort to launch discussion on the question of the future of career management as well as challenges that will crop up in front of researchers in this field. The text presents and discuses four proposalsÄendowing a career with sense, the interrelationship between managing careers and the organization, the entities involved in career management, and the emerging need for an integration of career management processes. The article comes to an end proposals for tasks to be taken up by researchers, educators, and practitioners. (original abstract)
