- Abstrakt
- W artykule przeprowadzono analizę rentowności ośmiu największych przedsiębiorstw budowlanych w Polsce w latach 1992-1997. Przedsiębiorstwa te od początku lat dziewięćdziesiątych podlegały procesom gruntownej restrukturyzacji i prywatyzacji. Badaniami objęto: przychody ze sprzedaży, zatrudnienie i majątek trwały.
As a consequence of the changes that have taken place in enterprises as a result of restructuring, there is a need, bearing in mind Poland's efforts to join the European Union, to examine the effects of these processes and the position of the largest construction enterprises. This is due both to the role played by large enterprises in the sector and to the increasing consolidation of such enterprises, which eliminate from the market small uncompetitive companies. The author's analysis focuses on construction enterprises which, in the years 1992-1997 when the most important ownership and economic changes took place, maintained an important position not only in the sector but also in relation to the largest enterprises in the economy.
