- W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z obszarem oddziaływania polityki fiskalnej i monetarnej oraz przedstawiono zagadnienie niezależności NBP.
The change of the political system in Poland burdened the national economy with numerous complicated and intricate problems. They involve all economic, social and political areas. As far as fiscal and monetary policies are concerned, issues are various and their range is wide. Despite the fact that both the policies strive to achieve different detailed aims, their global aims are common. It is almost impossible to separate clearly the areas on which they exert their influences. The areas overlap as far as institutional solutions and functional grounds are concerned.
