- Przedsiębiorstwa wciąż zwiększają nakłady na IT, tym samym coraz bardziej istotny staje się nadzór nad ich efektywnym wykorzystaniem. Czy kultura organizacyjna ma wpływ na skuteczny nadzór nad IT? Poszukując odpowiedzi na to pytanie autor dokonuje przeglądu najnowszej literatury światowej. Omawia wszystkie czynniki kultury organizacyjnej, czyli strategię przedsiębiorstwa, jej struktury, komunikację oraz mechanizmy wsparcia i pożądanego zachowania, które mogą wpływać na skuteczność nadzoru nad IT. Zdaniem autora analiza potwierdza, że kultura organizacyjna przedsiębiorstwa oddziałuje na wdrożenie skutecznego nadzoru IT, ale wpływ poszczególnych jej czynników jest zróżnicowany. The enterprises constantly increase the expenditures on IT, then the supervision over effective utilization of them becomes more and more essential. Does the organizational culture effectively influences on the supervision over IT? The author seeks an answer to this question in the newest world literature. Also he describes some organizational culture factors, as the enterprise strategy, its structure, the communications, as well as the mechanisms of support and the desirable behavior, which can influence on the effectiveness of supervision over IT. According to the author its analysis confirms, that an enterprise organizational culture affects on effective IT supervision, but its different factors influence can be diverse.
