- W artykule zaprezentowano rozważania dotyczące programu naprawczego w przedsiębiorstwie. Przedstawiono analizę oraz istotę reengineeringu i jego poszczególne etapy. Scharakteryzowano instrumenty i metody wspomagające reegineering oraz omówiono korzyści płynące z ich zastosowania.
This article presents a discussion on recovery programmes and in particular a process of reengineering on enterprise. An analysis, tools and individual stages of this process in enterprise are presented on the basis of available theoretical work. The article consists of two parts. The first part presents the problem of reengineering with reference to the theoretical work as an organisational philosophy, which introduces revolutionary changes in the structure, and functioning of a business. In order to achieve these aims certain general principles of behaviour have been developed and presented in this article. In the second part a presentation of the tools used in reengineering and the benefits arising from their use are described. The issue of reengineering states for a radical change within a business and defines a base of the functioning of the organisation upon the process. Reengineering re suits simultaneously in improvement in quality reduction in costs, increase in flexibility, speed and precision of operation as well as in improvement in customer's satisfaction. Individual discussions are presented in the final conclusion; of this work. The article is further enhanced with illustrations. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
