- W artykule omówiono dane statystyczne w układzie województw, ilustrujące nierówności w rozwoju infrastruktury technicznej tworzącej warunki prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. Przedstawiono analizę przekładania się realizowanej polityki na nastroje społeczne i czynniki ekonomiczne, decydujące o poziomie rozwoju gospodarczego poszczególnych krajów i regionów. Dokonano analizy wskaźnika bezrobocia, wartości PKB i dynamiki jego wzrostu.
This text is the attempt of the analysis of the changes reaching in the economic and political arrangement of provinces and disproportions in the regional development. Statistical data illustrate changes reaching in Poland in the space of years 1989-2002 Those changes were analyzed basing on three coefficients, which illustrate the dynamics of the reaching changes and mutual accounts between them. It was analyzed the development of the civil society and its democratic institutions. It was also shown the analysis of the coefficient of the unemployment in the spatial seizure and the analysis of PKB value per one inhabitant and the dynamics of its development in the seizure of provinces.
