- Międzynarodowy wymiar bezpieczeństwa energetycznego jest dostrzegany m.in. także w regionie Azji i Pacyfiku, a kwestie energetyczne od lat są poruszane na forum dwóch największych organizacji działających w regionie: Stowarzyszenia Narodów Azji Południowo-Wschodniej (ASEAN) oraz Współpracy Gospodarczej Azji i Pacyfiku (APEC). Energy security is an international issue. Addressing broader challenges in this area requires regional or even global co-operation.
