- Przedmiotem naszych rozważań są zmiany poziomu i działowego rozmieszczenia akumulacji pieniężnej, uwarunkowane etapem i typem wzrostu gospodarczego. (fragment tekstu)
The author submitted to a statistical verification the basic theses of socialist financial theories in relation to the distribution of monetary accumulation between the section yielding means of production (Section I) and the section producing articles of consumption (Section II). On the basic of the analysis of the passage between sundry branches of Polish economy the author maintains that the theory ascribing the increase of monetary accumulation in section II to a supposed displacement of accumulation from section I (as for instance from heavy industry,, mining and energetics) is untrue. However, in the period of socialist industrialisation agriculture is the section upon which rests the burden of financing the development of heavy industry. Moreover, the demonstrates that an inflationary financing of the accretion of employment and investment favours an increase of monetary accumulation in section II. This undermines the thesis concerning the possibility of an arbitrary fashioning of the sectional structure of monetary accumulation by official planning organs. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
