- Wskutek integracji granice państwowe i regulacje prawne w coraz mniejszym stopniu będą wpływać na decyzje lokalizacyjne przedsiębiorstw i kapitału międzynarodowego. Postawy interesariuszy wchodzących w sferę współpracy międzynarodowej takich jak państwo, podmioty krajowe i zagraniczne są zależne od poczucia zbieżności i w jakiejś mierze wspólnoty interesów, gdyż wpływa to pozytywnie na sposób układania wzajemych relacji. W szczególności ważna jest budowa więzi interesów zagranicznych z lokalnym środowiskiem gospodarczym i unikanie kontaktów z tytułu działalności kapitału zagranicznego. Okazuje się, że w realnych stosunkach, obok wizji ekonomicznych korzyści, perspektywa rozwoju i dobrej wspólpracy jest uwarunkowana wiarygodnością stron i poziomem zaufania. Im wyższa kultura stosunków gospodarczych, standardy etyczne, społeczna odpowiedzialność biznesu i wiarygodność przedsiębiorstw, tym mniejsze potrzeby regulacji i ochrony prawnej stosunków gospodarczych. Gdy zabraknie tych wartości, za żadne pieniądze nikt nie skłoni partnerów handlowych do współpracy. (frgament tekstu)
The article, in a theoretical view, takes up the issue of the state influence on the conditions of the functioning and development of an enterprise. The ascertainment that the business sector should not be analysed only from the point of view of the market relations is a starting point. Searching for the factors of the economic growth, especially during the period of coming out of the crisis and forming of the new qualities in the structure of economy, the focus is on the initiatial role of the state. Irrespective of the economical doctrines, the functions of the state should be considered from the perspective of the protection of the economical environment and the positive influence on the growth potential of the business unites. The connotations between the state and the economy have a characteristics of interrelations, as the economic development is conditioned by the development of the enterprises. The state, including the public sector, is treated as one of the most important subjects of interests. The higher the culture of the business relations, ethical standards, social responsibiliry of business and trustworthiness of the enterprises, the lower the needs of regulation and legal protection of the economy. Economic policy, as the instrument of shaping the state and enterprise relations, have to be oriented for the development of the business environment. The state policy affects the process of globalization. The stronger the business environment relations, the higher the resistance against the negative effects of the globalization.
