- Wydatki na technologie informacyjne stanowią coraz większy udział w kosztach funkcjonowania oraz inwestycjach przedsiębiorstw. Jednocześnie utrwala się przekonanie, że to IT jest coraz bardziej istotnym elementem biznesu. Stąd pojawiła się konieczność usystematyzowanego podejścia do zarządzania IT, zwłaszcza w przedsiębiorstwach, których celem jest budowa wartości dla właścicieli. Autor prezentuje promowaną ostatnio coraz intensywniej koncepcję nadzoru IT (IT Governance), jako elementu nadzoru korporacyjnego. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Expenditure on IT technology has an everincreasing share in the operating costs and investments of businesses. At the same time, there has been an evergrowing belief that IT is an increasingly essential element of business activity. That's why a need arose for a systema¬tic approach to IT management, especially in the case of companies, the objective of which is to create shareholder value.
