- Znacząca część produktów wprowadzanych na rynek Unii Europejskiej musi spełnić wymagania dyrektyw nowego podejścia. Ocena zgodności z tymi wymaganiami jest prowadzona przez jednostki notyfikowane. Artykuł przedstawia jednostki notyfikowane z krajów środkowo i wschodnioeuropejskich na tle wszystkich jednostek notyfikowanych w zakresie nowego podejścia. W artykule omówione są następujące zagadnienia: dyrektywy nowego podejścia, etapy notyfikacji jednostek, organy notyfikujące oraz liczbę notyfikacji w zakresie poszczególnych dyrektyw. W ostatniej części artykułu szczególną uwagę zwrócono na zakres notyfikacji jednostek z krajów środkowo i wschodnioeuropejskich. (abstrakt oryginalny)
A significant partition of products marketed in the European Union must meet the requirements of new approach directives. The conformity assessment with these requirements is carried out by notified bodies. The article presents the notified bodies from the Central and East European countries against the background of the all bodies notified within the new approach directives. The article discusses the following issues: the new approach directives, the notification steps of the bodies, the notifying authorities and the number of the notifications within the particular directives. In the last part of the article the particular attention was paid to the notification scope of bodies from the Central and East European countries. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
