- Przedstawiono różne metody analizy efektywności łańcucha dostaw. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na metody macierzowe, umożliwiające prezentację zarówno jakościowych jak i ilościowych zależności w bardziej przystępnej formie. Poddano dyskusji ograniczenia stosowania tych metod. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The different approaches of the analyzing of the supply chain efficiency are presented. The special attention was paid to matrix methods, which enable to present both qualitative and quantitative relationships in a more communicative way. The limits of these methods were also discussed.
