Abstrakt
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie podejścia umożliwiającego generowanie alternatywnych wariantów dokończenia wdrożenia przedsięwzięcia informatycznego. Planowanie następuje na podstawie danych dotyczących zakończonych projektów oraz informacji udzielonych przez eksperta. Do szacowania czasu realizacji rutynowych czynności występujących w projekcie informatycznym wykorzystano liniowy model ekonometryczny. Czas realizacji czynności niepowtarzalnych jest określany przez eksperta. Wyrażenie danych w postaci dyskretnych α-przekrojów umożliwia implementację problemu spełniania ograniczeń z wykorzystaniem programowania całkowitoliczbowego. W przypadku, gdy przedsięwzięcie jest zagrożone niepowodzeniem, następuje sprawdzenie istnienia wariantów alternatywnych dokończenia projektu.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper aims to present an approach to seek alternative variants for the completion of an IT project implementation. Planning is conducted using data concerning completed projects and information from experts. The duration of routine activities is estimated with the use of a linear model. In turn, the duration of unique activities is set by experts. Data specification in the form of discrete α-cuts allows combining distinct and imprecise data, and implementing a constraints satisfaction problem with the use of integer programming. In the case that project is at risk of failure, that is the schedule indicates the overrun of a constraint (e.g. temporal, financial), a set of feasible solutions is sought. The implementation of the project-enterprise model in constraint programming techniques enables a decision support system to be built and moderated in an effective way. The system supports the project manager in the case of rescue of a failed project.(original abstract)
