- Omówiono pracę doktorską Anny Skrzypek, której przedmiotem jest współdziałanie partii socjalistycznych i socjaldemokratycznych na tle procesu integracji europejskiej.
This analysis purports to convey the cooperation between political parties which for over five decades have sought to influence the European integration process. The objective was to answer the question whether the party of European Socialists could be defined as pan-European. If so, then, its characteristics remain an interesting issue. The definition of political parties in terms of the European political scene is still open to academic debate. Tackling this matter is a contribution to Polish European studies, in which cooperation across parties belonging to the same ideological family remains in the background of institutional analyses concerning the organization and operation of factions in the European Parliament.
