- Wzrost złożoności i szybkości zmian w otoczeniu wymagają od przedsiębiorstw zwinności działania, ukierunkowanej na wykorzystanie pojawiających się okazji do uzyskania przewagi rynkowej. Badania międzynarodowe prowadzone w zakresie zwinności przedsiębiorstwa wskazują na istotne znaczenie sił napędowych zwinności oraz wyboru narzędzi i metod umożliwiających nabycie odpowiednich zwinnych kompetencji, niezbędnych do radzenia sobie w turbulentnym otoczeniu.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The increasing complexity and speed of changes in business environment require from companies to take agile actions in order to utilize arising opportunities to gain competitive advantage. International research on business agility shows the importance of both agility drivers and selection of tools and methods that allow acquiring agile capabilities to operate in a turbulent environment.(original abstract) - Dostępne w
