Abstrakt
The article offers information on the managing skills of supply chain managers. A brief overview on the major mega-trends including technological innovations, globalization-based on internationalization of production and distribution and improving customer service is presented. It also describes managerial qualities and importance of human resources in logistics and supply chains.(original abstract)
