Abstrakt
(...) Głównym celem poznawczym niniejszego opracowania jest identyfikacja struktury i podstawowych wymiarów dynamicznych kompetencji internacjonalizacyjnych determinujących odpowiednią konfigurację zasobów, struktur, procedur oraz rutyn organizacyjnych. Cel utylitarny monografii sprowadza się do zaoferowania kadrze menedżerskiej niezbędnej wiedzy pozwalającej na szybką i elastyczną rekonfigurację zasobów przedsiębiorstwa do zmiennych uwarunkowań rynków międzynarodowych.
