- Venture Capital represents a specific manner of corporate financing. These kinds of investments can be understood as large long-term investments in the form of equity capital and they are typically not listed on the stock markets. Corporations, which heve been financed by venture capital, enter for specific reasons:
- existence of high due to firms future development,
- management is incomplete and without sufficient experiences,
- dissymmetry of information is a common feature during the investment process,
- character of estate is also specific because, investment tends to business with high share of intangible property.
