- Artykuł analizuje ekonomiczne przyczyny publicznego wsparcia dla kształcenia zawodowego i szkoleń zawodowych (VET). Wskazuje, że kwalifikacje posiadają częściowo cechy dóbr publicznych, a ich podaż może być suboptymalna szczególnie w gospodarce zdominowanej przez mikro-przedsiębiorstwa i małe firmy. Autor analizuje związek między sposobem finansowania a temporalną orientacją programów VET. Wskazuje na potrzebę lepszego teoretycznego uzasadnienia rozwoju programów kształcenia zawodowego finansowanych w rosnącej skali ze środków funduszy strukturalnych.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The article discusses economic reasons for the government's support of VET programmes. It stresses public good qualities of skills and the underprovision of skills in the economy characterized by the domination of micro- and small firms. The author discusses the link between the modes of financing and the temporal orientation of VET programmes. He also observes lacking theoretical guidance behind a myriad of VET programmes financed in Poland from European structural funds.(original abstract) - Dostępne w
