- Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena perspektyw restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia w sektorze energetycznym w Polsce obejmującym elektroenergetykę, gazownictwo, ciepłownictwo, a także sektor paliw. Ponadto celem jest zidentyfikowanie i scharakteryzowanie zmian poziomu i struktury zatrudnienia w energetyce na podstawie dostępnych danych, m.in.: Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego oraz Agencji Rynku Energii. This article aims to analyze and evaluate the prospects for employment restructuring in the energy sector in Poland and characterize changes in the level and structure of employment in the Polish energy sector. Due to cost, efficiency and scale of investment needed restructuring of employment in the industry seems to be fully justified. The potential reduction of employment in the Polish power sector is large. In energy sector, in the future, there will be huge changes in the structure of energy production. They will lead to reduction of employment in great-scale, corporational power industry. There will be significant demand for specialists in the field of new power technologies, logistics and power farming.
