- W artykule opisano cechy struktury i funkcjonowania prawa poboru. Nowe konstrukcje prawa poboru, mogą być przydatne nie tylko dla inwestorów, ale także dla firm, które planują nową emisję akcji.
The aim of the article is to describe the features of the structure and functioning of preemptive rights, supported with an empirical example. The market value of a preemptive right reflects basic characteristics which decide about the attractiveness of issues of new shares. On capital markets certain mathematical formulas are used which provide investors with information on the profitability of investment decisions. Solutions which are in common use in the case of classic preemptive rights can be suitable, after modification, for different kinds of preemptive rights. These new constructions of preemptive rights, can be useful not only for investors but also for companies which plan to execute a new issue of shares effectively. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
