- W niniejszym artykule omówiono cztery fazy rozwoju rynku pracy o zróżnicowanym przebiegu. Cechą charakterystyczną we wszystkich czterech fazach jest rozwój bezrobocia. Przedstawiono prognozy dotyczące przyszłej sytuacji na zachodnioniemieckim rynku pracy, które odzwierciedlają różnorodność poglądów w tej kwestii.
The actual, situation prevailing in the West German labour market has been appraised. The reasons of the existing unemployment have been explained by the classical and Keynesian hypotheses which rival one another, In the light of those hypo theses the strategy has been presented which aims at overcoming the unemployment. It should include both the adjustments in the labour market (flexibility of wages, removal of institutional barriers, Mobility of labour and adaptation to different qualification requirements) and the increase in investment. Depending on its realization, the variants of the West German labour market position in the nineties have been outlined. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
