Abstrakt
Wirtualna organizacja jest pojęciem powszechnie spotykanym w działalności wielu organizacji. Wpływ koncepcji wirtualności uwzględnia się w strategiach przedsiębiorstw sprawiając, że przedsiębiorstwa stają się coraz bardziej otwarte na współpracę. Wirtualna organizacja realizuje wspólny dla uczestników cel mimo dzielących ich różnic. Charakter współpracy jest dużo bardziej intensywny niż w przypadku przedsiębiorstw zintegrowanych poprzez systemy zarządzania dzięki czemu zanikają granice między współpracującymi przedsiębiorstwami.
