- Barometr obliczony w oparciu o ankietę z października'99 pogorszył się dramatycznie i wynosi -31,0 (-20,9)punkta procentowego. Barometr kondycji gospodarstw domowych wskazuje po raz kolejny na rekordowo wysoki poziom ocen negatywnych, ale tym razem spadek sięgnął aż 10.1 punkta procentowego. (fragment tekstu)
The barometer, calculated on the basic of the October'99 questionnaire, dramatically worsend and amounts to -31.0 (-20.9)of the percentage point. Therefore the barometer of the state of the households demonstrates again exceptionally high level of negative assessments, but thi time the decline amounted to as much as 10.1 percentage point.
