Kuyavian–Pomeranian Voivodeship - Abstrakt
- W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano fragment wyników badań empirycznych na temat potencjału innowacyjnego małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim. Jednym z celów projektu była próba identyfikacji kluczowych składników tworzących potencjał innowacyjny badanych firm. Funkcjonujące w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim MSP wskazały na zasoby, których posiadanie okazuje się być niezbędne dla wdrażania i komercjalizowania innowacji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The present article considers some results of the empirical research conducted on potential innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the kujawsko-pomorskie province. One of the project objectives was an attempt to identify key constituents of the researched companies' innovative potential. The SMEs operating in the kujawsko-pomorskie province indicated the resources which are indispensible for implementing and commercializing innovations. The results of the research allow the formulation of the following conclusions:
- the companies examined are in the possession of the resources with which they are capable of implementing innovations effectively,
- the functional and resource sphere that exerts the strongest impact on building the innovative potential of the researched SMEs is the financial sphere,
- considering the key constituents of the innovative potential of the researched companies through the prism of a general division into material and immaterial resources we can note the significant role of the latter. Theses are immaterial resources that play a dominant role in creating the innovative potential in small and mediumsized enterprises in the kujawsko-pomorskie province.
- the key constituents of the innovative potential of the researched companies include five types of resources representing the intangible resources group and the employment sphere.
