Abstrakt
W artykule dokonano na podstawie literatury przeglądu potrzeb użytkowników transportu z punktu widzenia podróży intermodalnej, następnie dokonano porównania tych potrzeb do oczekiwań podróżnych wykorzystujących tylko jedną gałąź transportu i przedstawiono wnioski odnośnie do rozwiązań mających prowadzić do poprawy integracji gałęziowej w transporcie pasażerskim. Nowadays, everyone knows that improving the integration of intermodal transport is essential to make better use of existing transport infrastructure, reduce congestion and improve transport environmental relationships and overall quality of transport, thereby increasing the opportunities for social mobility and the impact on passengers' choices. Transport users need a system that gives them the best opportunities to move or carry the door-to-door relationship, regardless of whether it will provide a single means of transport (mainly cars) and a consistent chains of different means of transport. Every change and every reloading takes extra time and results in higher costs. Integrating internal transport system is increasing the coherence of technological, organizational, and informational measures for use in the transport chain. It is crucial to take account of the needs and requirements of the process of transport users. This article aims to identify the needs of transport users in terms of intermodal travel and compare these requirements to the expectations of travellers using only one mode of transport.(original abstract)
