- Artykuł przedstawia współczesne wersje legendy o Robin Hoodzie oraz koncentruje się na przedstawieniu społeczeństwa, religii oraz roli płci w powyższych tekstach. Problemem przewodnim jest pytanie: jakie uniwersalne wartości są otwarcie lub ukrycie propagowane we współczesnych wersjach legendy? Prezentacja tejże historii jako części systemu konserwatywnej ideologii społeczno-kulturowej jest przerywana przemyśleniami nad wszelakimi możliwymi odstępstwami od powszechnie uznanej teorii uniwersalności metanarracji oraz wskazaniem możliwości dalszej analizy tekstów. This article concerns modern versions of the legend of Robin Hood, and focuses on describing the society, religion and gender roles in these texts. The main issue is the following: what universal values are openly propagated or concealed in the modern versions of the legend? The presentation of this story as being a component of a sociocultural conservative ideology, is also accompanied by reflections on all possible diversions from the commonly accepted theory of universality of metanarration and indicates the possibility of further analysis of the texts.(original abstract) - Dostępne w
