- Using the information on two-auxiliary variables, three different exponential chain-type estimators of population mean of study variable have been proposed in two-phase (double) sampling. Properties of the proposed estimators have been studied and their performances are examined with respect to several well known chain-type estimators. Empirical studies are carried out to support the theoretical results. (original abstract)
