- We always asked what an Art is and what not? This question supposes, that it exist criterions, which differ artwork from another objects. But no such criteria exist like that. All objects can be art. An interpretation is a necessary condition for art, because an object causes a change in the normal to the artistic objects. This change is possible if we accept a fact, that the objects have not fixed meaning and they are depending on context in which they are used. The meaning of objects is depending on a percipient an interpretation, for which a percipient decide. Interpretations are produced in a society in which percipient lives. We will introduce a three authority, which have a greatest power to enforce their interpretations. The authority of museum, critics and media(original abstract)
