- Staff and volunteers motivation - the supporters of local communities in relation to the job and trade is in a very difficult position. The biggest problem is the unclear definition of the employees and volunteers status in local communities associations. An employee performs work in local community associations, entire to obtain remuneration, ie. wage. Volunteer work in local community associations is carried out without any financial reward in his spare time. Employees and volunteers motivation is very important and plays an important role in achieving the local community objectives. (fragment of text)
