Ukraine - Abstrakt
- Information Technology forms a new challenges and encourages people to learn quickly online. At first, the paper aims at presenting the main condition of the training technology implementation in higher educational establishments for training specialists in the public sector in Ukraine. The second part of the paper covers specification of competences for trainees and the plan of training structure. (original abstract)
