Abstrakt
Zasadniczym celem artykułu jest próba oceny różnych kierunków oddziaływania charakteru własności podmiotów na ich aktywność innowacyjną w województwach zachodniopomorskim oraz dolnośląskim, z uwzględnieniem takich atrybutów jak: nakłady na innowacje, implementacja nowych rozwiązań oraz współpraca o charakterze innowacyjnym. Główną hipotezą badawczą artykułu jest twierdzenie, że aktywność w sferze działalności innowacyjnej sytemu przemysłowego w województwach zachodniopomorskim i dolnośląskim jest uwarunkowana charakterem własności przedsiębiorstw. W badaniach ankietowych, na których oparta została część egzemplifikacyjno-weryfikacyjna, wzięło udział łącznie 1175 przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych z województw: zachodniopomorskiego (lata 2004-2006 i 2008-2010) oraz dolnośląskiego (lata 2004-2006 i 2010-2012). Uzyskane w wyniku interpretacji rezultatów badań wnioski stanowią o ewolucyjnych zmianach w zakresie procesów innowacyjnych realizowanych w obydwu regionach. Intensywność w sferze działalności innowacyjnej przesuwa się w powolnym tempie z przedsiębiorstw zagranicznych w kierunku podmiotów z mieszaną strukturą własności. Przeciwieństwem dla tych grup przedsiębiorstw są te o własności krajowej, które wciąż charakteryzują się niskim zainteresowaniem związanym z prowadzeniem działalności innowacyjnej. Potwierdzają tym samym wyniki badań i wnioski wyprowadzone z badań prowadzonych w pozostałych województwach w Polsce.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the study was to determine the significance of the use of probit modeling and the impact of enterprise's ownership to innovation activity and to determine its effects, in particular investments in innovations, implementation of new solutions and cooperation in innovation field. The basic hypothesis of the research work is the claim that the innovative activity of the economic system in Western Pomerania and Lower Silesia is determined ownership of industrial enterprises. In the survey on innovation activity, was attended by 1,175 industrial enterprises of the region of Western Pomerania (in 2004-2006 and 2008-2010) and Lower Silesia (in 2004-2006 and 2010-2012). The conclusions reached indicate evolutionary changes in the innovation processes implemented in the region. The intensity of the innovative towards slowly from foreign companies in the direction those with mixed ownership structure. By contrast to these groups of entities are national companies, which continue to have a low interest in conducting innovative activity, thus confirming the conclusions achived from research carried out in other provinces in Poland.(original abstract)
