Abstrakt
The report, based on the review of relevant literature, presents the preliminary phase of' implemented project of the Polish-Portuguese network of researchers, and aims at the elaboration of a conceptual model and subsequent assessment of the model through field research. The purpose of this report is to present both the theory of networking and transfer of knowledge, pursued in the international cooperation. This article is an introduction to the sequential phases of knowledge sharing among universities and then applying it to business as a result. (original abstract)
