- Organizacje pełnią obecnie bardzo istotną rolę, szczególnie w kontekście zmian związanych ze wzrostem kompleksowości. Ważna jest zatem wiedza na temat ich działania oraz para- doksów, z jakimi wiąże się ich funkcjonowanie. Jednym z istotnych paradoksów organizacyj- nych jest problem niedecyzyjności. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie organizacji w świetle paradoksów i sprzeczności, które są jej stałymi elementami. Przedstawiono także sposób radzenia sobie z paradoksami w świetle poglądów systemowej teorii organizacji.(abstrakt oryginalny)
Nowadays organisations play an extremely important role for society as a whole, particularly in the context of changes associated with complexity increase both within companies and their environment. Thus, extensive knowledge and understanding of their operation princi- ples and paradoxes is vital and cannot be underestimated. The problem of indecisiveness is one of paradoxes of this kind. The objective of the article is to present enterprise in terms of paradoxes and inconsistences as an inevitable part of its performance. The author also pro- poses a way of dealing with such paradoxes in accordance with the theory of systems approach to company's management.(original abstract) - Dostępne w
