Abstrakt
The necessity of humanizing the educational process for modern schools is the topic of this article. The definition of the concept of "humanizing" and "humanization" is outlined. The basis of the noted publication is the author's program, which is offered by the founder of Humane Pedagogics Sh.O. Amonashvili. The author suggests entering the pedagogical educational establishment's course of "Basis of humanizing of educational process" which was approved in the Khmelnytsky Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy. In modern research, new approaches are reflected to classify modern school as places, that do not prepare people for life, and for the places they have been living. Humane Pedagogics is the pedagogics of love, good, understanding, assistance, animation, inspiration, and defense, which will value children's spirituality, nobleness, magnanimity, to extend their cognitive ardor, to send them on a search for a sense of life and setting.. In current research, the modern school is reflected as place that does not prepare people for life and the place where they already live. In the article it is highlighted, that Humane Pedagogics is the pedagogics of love, good, understanding, assistance, animation, inspiration, defense, which will value children's spirituality, nobleness, magnanimity, extend their cognitive ardor, send them on a search for the sense of life and their setting. In addition to that, the conservation of the basic themes of the program is exposed. It is indicated that at present, we require a change of our approach to the education of children, which is considered an integral process of studies, up-bringing, and socialization of a child. Teachers get special attention, well-educated in the specifics of Humane Pedagogics, and their features of lessons, which are built on principles of Humane Pedagogics, through understanding education as a new process, with the untraditional approaches to explanation, to the selection of the methods of work, collaboration between the family and educational establishment itself.
