- Rationalization of packaging management can be involved into basic logistics managerial functions. Packaging systems and management in this area is part of the logistics system and it highly participate on enterprise budget. Rationalization of this managerial system can be done by the application of sofisticated integration system (Supply Chain Management) or by outsourcing of packaging which both can lead to further business development.
